We are happy to welcome you at the KTHAIS Yearly Meeting! Join us on June 9th to learn more about what the Society achieved during 2022/23 and participate in the election of our new board.

Agenda
- 17:00 Appoint secretary and vote counter.
- 17:05 - Opening address by the Chairman. Year in review.
- 17:10 - The voting order, list of election candidates and any endorsements are displayed and read aloud. This is done on a Role by Role basis followed by Voting
- 18:00 - Time for questions or comments (raise your hand in meet).
- 18:30 - Margin for delays or open discussion.
- 19:00 - End of Yearly Meeting. The new board is installed immediately.
